About the role

Citizens Bank is seeking an experienced Business Banker to join its Mukwonago branch. The role focuses on building and maintaining long‑term relationships with commercial customers, driving loan, deposit, and fee income while delivering high‑quality banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain long‑term relationships with commercial clients to generate loans, deposits, and fee income.
• Negotiate commercial loan terms in line with internal credit standards.
• Collect and analyze customer financial information to assess needs and lending suitability.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Credit Department to prepare and present credit proposals.
• Present financial information to relevant committees for approval.
• Cross‑sell a full range of bank products and services to commercial customers.
• Effectively manage the loan portfolio and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial lending experience.
• Proven ability to cross‑sell banking and financial services products.
• Strong decision‑making ability with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
• Compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC regulations, and internal risk policies.
