About the role

Joyasol, a women‑founded footwear brand, is seeking a proactive Brand Marketing Coordinator to support its growing presence in the fashion market. This part‑time, hybrid position offers hands‑on experience across social media, influencer outreach, content creation, and event coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and scheduling social‑media content for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Support influencer outreach, gifting, and partnership management.
• Help execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and community‑building events.
• Research trends, creators, and collaboration opportunities.
• Participate in photoshoot planning, on‑site support, and asset coordination.
• Create and edit short‑form video content.
• Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Creative eye for branding and storytelling.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and influencer marketing.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Self‑starter with a genuine interest in fashion and purpose‑driven brands.
