About the role
The Brand Ambassador Educator (BAE) represents Diageo brands at special events, engaging consumers and providing product education. This part‑time position is based in Little Rock and involves occasional assignments with flexible scheduling.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with consumers at points of purchase and experience, delivering sampling journeys and brand education.
- Complete required digital training and pass knowledge exams on product categories, distillation, and brand specifics.
- Attend events on time in appropriate attire, manage promotional materials, and handle post‑event reporting.
- Follow responsible service guidelines, report violations, and ensure proper care of company property.
Required profile
- Outgoing, personable, and courteous with strong consumer‑engagement skills.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work until event completion.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays or boxes for extended periods.
- Possession of an ABC permit for event work.
