Brand Ambassador – Fargo, ND

About the role

MKTG is seeking enthusiastic Brand Educators to represent Diageo brands at events in Fargo, ND. As a Brand Ambassador you will engage consumers, provide product education, and help increase brand awareness through sampling experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with consumers at points of purchase, experience, and consumption, delivering a memorable sampling journey.
• Complete digital training on brand, category, and product knowledge and pass related exams.
• Present a 2‑3 minute brand presentation at events and follow responsible server guidelines.
• Handle promotional materials, distribute premiums, and use company‑issued debit card for bar spend.
• Capture event photos, submit post‑event recaps, and report competitive activity.

Required profile

• Outgoing, personable, and courteous with strong consumer‑engagement skills.
• Reliable and punctual, able to work until event completion.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, and carrying heavy trays for extended periods.

Required skills

• Ability to learn and convey detailed product and brand information.
• Comfort with digital platforms for training, reporting, and photo capture.
