Branch Recruiter

About the role

Adecco is hiring a Branch Recruiter in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The recruiter sources and recruits candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct-hire orders for moderately complex, complex and specialized clients, defines their hiring needs, builds a candidate pipeline and acts as a team leader when management is absent.

Key responsibilities

• Workforce planning and candidate engagement programs to keep a steady pipeline of quality talent
• Sourcing, screening and assessing candidates, including behavioral interviews and executive summaries for resumes
• Coordinate with hiring managers and act as a team lead or escalation point of contact
• Answer candidate questions, explain offers and job guidance, and handle temporary employee inquiries
• Track competitor market share, location, services and benefits
• Associate care: ensure compliance and safety, coach associates, run satisfaction surveys, and handle complaints
• Develop associate engagement programs and retain associates and clients

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
• Previous experience in an Adecco Group North America business unit or in staffing and HR solutions is highly desirable
• Effective verbal and written communication and strong client focus
• Ability to prioritize, organize and solve problems
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
