Branch Manager – Union Deposit

About the role

Santander is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead its Union Deposit branch in Harrisburg, PA. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Direct overall branch performance, achieving sales targets and optimizing processes.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Coach, develop and motivate a team of banking professionals.
• Manage risk, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize digital tools to enhance customer interactions and promote self‑service options.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of successful retail bank sales management or equivalent retail sales leadership experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships and deliver customer‑centric solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
