About the role

Join Santander’s Union Deposit branch in Harrisburg as a full-time Teller. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality service while handling daily cash transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, minimize wait times and assist with banking needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies, compliance and risk-management procedures to prevent fraud.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and refer appropriate product solutions.
• Educate customers on digital self‑service tools.
• Support custodial duties, audits and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Assist nearby branches when required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months cash‑handling experience.
• Minimum 6 months customer‑service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work flexible branch hours, including evenings and weekends.
