About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organized Boat Rental Reservationist to join our team in Grand Rivers, KY. In this position you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling all aspects of boat rental reservations and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries about boat rentals.
• Assist customers with booking, modifying, and canceling reservations.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer information.
• Provide detailed information on rental options, pricing, and policies.
• Coordinate with the boat rental team to confirm boat availability and readiness.
• Handle customer questions, resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Process payments and keep transaction records up to date.
• Support daily operations to enhance the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or reservation management preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude.
