About the role

Adoreal, a vertical SaaS company that partners with cosmetic surgery clinics nationwide, is recruiting Board-Certified Plastic Surgeons for its partner clinics in key, high-demand markets. This is an on-site position at an existing practice near Thousand Oaks, CA, with relocation assistance possibly available for non-local candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures with excellence and precision.
• Conduct patient consultations, understand goals, give expert recommendations and build customized treatment plans.
• Ensure the highest standard of patient care, safety and satisfaction throughout treatment.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and Adoreal's support team to improve the patient experience and practice performance.
• Stay current on industry best practices, new technologies and emerging surgical techniques.
• Represent the clinic's values of excellence, transparency and innovation.

Required profile

• Board certification in plastic surgery.
• Active and unrestricted U.S. medical license (or ability to obtain one in California).
• Demonstrated experience with cosmetic surgical procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build patient trust and long-term relationships.
• Willingness and ability to live and work in the Los Angeles, CA area.
