Board Certified Behavior Analyst – In‑home (Hybrid)

About the role

Join Bounce ABA Therapy as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working in‑home with two clients in the Perth Amboy and Freehold, NJ area. This hybrid position blends flexible evening hours with weekly in‑person visits, allowing you to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based ABA services while supporting your professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor treatment implementation and client progress in the home setting, adjusting plans based on data.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with BACB ethics and funding requirements.

Required profile

• Current BCBA certification and New Jersey licensure.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) methodology.
• Development and oversight of evidence‑based ABA treatment plans.
• Supervision and training of RBTs and behavior technicians.
