Physician Assistant – Military Health Readiness

About the role

We are seeking independent‑contract Physician Assistants to support the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in Guam. Work is primarily on weekends with occasional weekday assignments, providing health readiness services to various U.S. reserve components.

Key responsibilities

• Support physical health assessments of military personnel, reviewing health histories, medical records, and questionnaires.
• Interview service members to identify current and prior medical concerns, including behavioral health issues.
• Document interview results for readiness classification using a proprietary system.

Required profile

• Active PA license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, or occupational health (preferred).
• Experience with mobile medical services (preferred).
• Knowledge of military systems, protocols, and terminology (preferred).
• Ability to work extended hours, travel to remote installations, and be available on weekends.
