Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Behavioral Health (BBH)

About the role

Join BAYADA's ABA center in Hilo as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and provide compassionate, evidence‑based services to clients across the Big Island. You will work with the largest team of BCBAs in Hawai‘i, collaborating with colleagues to design and implement effective behavior‑change programs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill‑based assessments.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Lead group trainings and supervision sessions.
• Ensure compliance with the BACB® Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.

Required profile

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) in good standing with the BACB®.
• Obtain a Hawai‘i state license in behavior analysis prior to start date.
• Relevant experience in behavior analysis with strong professional references.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
