Billboard Installer – Outdoor Advertising Operations

About the role

Join Lamar’s operations crew in Tyler, TX and help bring outdoor advertising campaigns to life. You will work from a bird’s‑eye view installing and maintaining billboards for local brands while following strict safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install billboard structures and advertising displays.
• Perform routine maintenance and cosmetic upkeep of billboards.
• Read and follow technical documents such as blueprints and diagrams.
• Transport ladders, tools, and equipment to work sites.
• Adhere to Lamar, DOT and OSHA safety regulations.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work well with a crew and follow safety protocols.
• Basic computer proficiency (Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel).
• Willingness to work from ladders and carry equipment.
