Billboard Installer – Outdoor Advertising Operations

About the role

Join Lamar's operations crew in Tyler, TX, and help bring outdoor advertising campaigns to life. You will work from a bird’s‑eye view installing and maintaining billboards for local brands while gaining hands‑on experience in the outdoor advertising industry.

Key responsibilities

• Install billboard structures and advertising displays safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance on billboard frames, lighting, and cosmetic elements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and work orders.
• Transport ladders, tools, and equipment to job sites.
• Follow Lamar, DOT and OSHA safety standards at all times.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Basic computer proficiency (Internet navigation, Microsoft Word, Excel).
• Willingness to work Monday‑Thursday, 6 am‑4:30 pm.
