Bilingual Therapist – Spanish Speaking

About the role

Provide high-quality, evidence‑based psychotherapy to older adults in a fully remote, virtual practice. Work flexible hours you set, with full administrative support and a collaborative clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence‑based psychotherapy sessions in English and Spanish to older adults via telehealth.
• Design personalized treatment plans and manage documentation using the company’s EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations and collaborate with dedicated clinical leads.

Required profile

• Active independent clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent) licensed in Texas.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

Required skills

• Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Experience with Medicare billing (preferred, but not required).
