Remote Bilingual Therapist – Older Adults (Spanish)

About the role

Join a nationwide virtual practice delivering Medicare‑covered therapy to older adults. Work from home, set your own schedule, and focus on providing high‑quality, evidence‑based psychotherapy in Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver virtual psychotherapy sessions to older adults, addressing grief, loss, isolation, and life transitions.
• Design personalized treatment plans and document care using the company’s EMR and AI documentation assistant.
• Participate in paid case consultations and collaborate with a dedicated clinical lead and support team.

Required profile

• Active independent license in Texas (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
• Fluent in English and Spanish, able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms.
• Experience using electronic health records (EMR).
• Familiarity with Medicare billing processes (preferred).
