About the role

Kelly Services is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Talent Advisor to join its Charlotte, NC team. In this full‑time, onsite position you will help drive employee engagement, development, and performance while ensuring compliance with safety and HR policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute strategies that boost employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.
• Implement programs focused on redeployment, retention, skill improvement, and effective communication.
• Inform talent about safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates.
• Drive process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.
• Maintain operational efficiency and deliver high‑quality services to meet customer needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of employee management, supervisory, or team‑lead experience.
• Strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment.
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external business relationships.
• Effective communication with multiple levels of management.
