Bilingual Spanish Retail Store Manager

About the role

AT&T is looking for a bilingual Spanish-speaking Retail Store Manager in New York. The role combines retail knowledge and leadership to oversee store operations, manage and develop a team, and make sure customers experience the company's best-in-class services, entertainment and technology. The position is based at 2540 Broadway (215 W 95th St) in New York, with 40 weekly hours.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the retail store, from merchandising and product launches to meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
• Ensure customers receive an excellent experience with the products and services offered.
• Carry out additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants so they meet sales and service goals.

Required profile

• Fluency in both Spanish and English; bilingual candidates may receive additional starting pay.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.

What we offer

• Salary of $66,100 to $99,100 plus $22,000 in annual commissions when sales goals are met; individual starting salary depends on geography, experience, expertise and education.
