Bilingual HR Call Center Specialist (Canadian French)

About the role

Join Gallagher as a Bilingual HR Call Center Specialist, providing first‑line HR support to employees in both English and Canadian French. You will act as the primary contact for HR inquiries, process transactions, and help maintain accurate employee data.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee questions about HR policies, programs, and benefits.
• Process HR transactions such as new hires, status changes, compensation updates, and terminations.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity in Oracle HR systems.
• Manage service tickets, meeting established SLA guidelines.
• Provide first‑level support for HR systems and processes, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, employee communications, and HR documentation.
• Generate reports and safeguard confidential employee information.
• Identify process improvements and document workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting HR programs and processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in Canadian French and English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
• Experience completing transactions in HR systems.
