About the role

Join Otisline, the dedicated customer‑service arm of Otis, as a bilingual French/English Customer Service Representative. You will support elevator owners, mechanics, and internal teams 24/7, ensuring rapid response and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, document, and process service requests from customers, mechanics, elevator phones, and Otis local offices using Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Dispatch service mechanics promptly and escalate issues to field management when needed.
• Perform elevator phone programming and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dedicated workspace with high‑speed internet.
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle difficult customers or trapped passengers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to meet performance metrics such as call handle time, schedule adherence, and quality monitoring.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays with shift‑differential pay.
• Regular attendance and on‑time start for assigned shifts.
• Typing speed of at least 25 wpm with accuracy.
• Commitment to Otis safety, ethics, and quality standards.
