Bilingual French-English Partner Support Coordinator

About the role

Trupanion is looking for a bilingual French-English Partner Support Coordinator to join its Partner Support Team. In this full-time role you will provide real-time assistance via phone, email and chat to veterinary hospitals, breeders, shelters, field sales representatives and other program participants, ensuring a high-quality experience for our partners.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver real-time support across phone, email and chat channels in a high-volume, queue-based environment.
• Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues, escalating when necessary.
• Provide accurate information on Trupanion products, coverage, policies, claims and partner programs.
• Research and resolve complex partner inquiries with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner experiences.
• Consistently meet or exceed productivity, quality and customer-satisfaction metrics.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to follow established processes.
• Comfortable handling high-volume, real-time interactions.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service and partner satisfaction.
