Bilingual French Customer Service Specialist (Full‑time)

About the role

Melaleuca is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist who is fluent in French and English to join its call‑center team. In this full‑time position you will handle inbound inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while representing the company’s wellness brand.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer service calls professionally and courteously.
• Log detailed notes for each interaction and review logs to determine resolutions.
• Forward shipping, product, or credit issues to the appropriate department.
• Process reshipments, refunds, and address‑related follow‑ups.
• Assist other teams with returns, shipping problems, and month‑end tasks.
• Track shipments via UPS, DHL, Canada Post, and international carriers.
• Transfer specialized requests to the correct service groups.
• Maintain accurate application of company policies.

Required profile

• Fluent in both French and English.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed call‑center performance metrics.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
