Bilingual Financial Coach (Spanish)

About the role

NFP is seeking a Bilingual Financial Coach who will deliver financial education to employees of its 401(k) and 403(b) corporate clients across the United States. The coach will use NFP’s proprietary financial wellness platform to conduct group and one‑on‑one sessions in both English and Spanish, both in‑person and virtually, while building relationships that generate wealth‑management referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial education meetings for plan participants, delivering content in English and Spanish.
• Increase employee participation and contribution rates through engaging workshops and personalized guidance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for plan participants, providing prompt and courteous service.
• Cross‑sell NFP’s full suite of services and collaborate with ERISA teams to ensure compliance.
• Prepare meeting materials, follow up on deliverables, and resolve employee inquiries in a timely manner.
• Travel regionally up to 80% of the time, typically three weeks per month.

Required profile

• College degree required.
• Fluent in Spanish (both spoken and written); English fluency required.
• Self‑starter with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize tasks.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
