Bilingual Call Center Sales Representative (English/Spanish) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a motivated bilingual sales professional to join our remote call‑center team. You will support our immigration law firm by engaging prospects, answering questions, and guiding them through our services. Key responsibilities

• Capture and follow up on inbound and outbound leads generated by the sales team.
• Provide accurate information about immigration services and answer client inquiries.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Learn the fundamentals of the immigration process to convey value‑based solutions.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling and work various shifts as needed.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Minimum six months of proven experience selling products or services.
• Experience with intangible offerings (e.g., consulting, insurance, telecommunications) is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities focused on trust and long‑term relationships.
• Results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills, both written and verbal.
