About the role

Peet's Coffee is looking for Baristas to work at its Ygnacio Plaza location in Walnut Creek. The role centres on serving customers, making handcrafted coffee and drinks and contributing to a positive, team-oriented workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Follow Peet's service steps with quality engagement and friendly service.
• Prepare handcrafted beverages and products to Peet's high standards in taste, appearance and consistency.
• Collaborate with coworkers, seek feedback and take initiative to support operations.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling, product education and sampling.
• Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked coffee bar in a fast-paced setting.

Required profile

• Able to work at least two days a week, meeting business needs such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 16 years old.
• Able to comply with Peet's Employment of Minors policies and perform various physical tasks during a shift.
