About the role

Peet's Coffee is looking for Baristas in Yorba Linda. The role centres on delivering friendly, quality service and preparing handcrafted beverages to Peet's standards, in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow Peet's service steps with quality engagement and friendly service.
• Prepare handcrafted beverages and products to Peet's standards in taste, appearance and consistency.
• Collaborate with coworkers, seek feedback and take initiative to support operations.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling, product education and sampling.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked coffee bar.

Required profile

• Available at least two days a week, meeting business needs such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Aged 16 or older and able to comply with Peet's employment of minors policy.
• Able to perform various physical tasks during a shift.
