Audit & Assurance Supervisor

About the role

The Assurance Supervisor at HTB leads a variety of accounting and audit engagements, working closely with managers and partners to deliver high‑quality services to clients across industries. You will guide staff, review deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform diversified accounting and audit assignments under the direction of senior staff.
• Instruct and review the work of junior team members, providing feedback and directing revisions.
• Make routine decisions on accounting and auditing matters and flag unusual issues for senior review.
• Set up time budgets for engagements and lead staff to meet objectives efficiently.
• Participate in planning, scheduling, and client communication to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Demonstrated competence in technical accounting and auditing standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal assistance.
• Strong professional conduct when interacting with staff and clients.
• Effective time‑management and budgeting skills.
