About the role
The Asset Management Business Partner is responsible for the full life‑cycle performance of a large vehicle fleet and associated assets. Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, the role works across sales, rental, maintenance and finance to optimize asset utilization and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the life‑cycle performance of over 188,000 vehicles and $6.8 billion in assets across the business unit.
- Lead fleet management, product‑line analysis, margin performance, and profitability assessments for customers and locations.
- Coordinate asset processes with sales, rental, maintenance, SCS, RVS and finance to maximize asset utilization.
- Conduct weekly asset calls, oversee idle assets, and drive asset task‑force initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- Minimum five years of experience in rental, operations, sales or related industry functions.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence results.
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation capabilities.
