Coordinator II – Remote Invoicing Support

About the role
The Coordinator II supports key invoicing functions, handling requests, researching delivery requirements, and resolving issues to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
Key responsibilities
- Research and release invoicing exceptions and resolve delivery discrepancies.
- Communicate with field operations via email or phone to ensure timely invoice delivery.
- Support Invoicing Associates with requests, research, and issue resolution.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to work independently.
- Detail‑oriented, dependable, and able to prioritize tasks for month‑end close.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using ServiceNow (MyRyder) for invoicing requests.
