Finance Segment Manager – Remote

About the role

This position leads financial analysis, planning and data mining for assigned business segments, supporting FP&A and coordinating across multiple departments to deliver actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly close activities, P&L reviews, cost and revenue accruals, and journal entries for assigned accounts.
• Consolidate and analyze financial data to identify drivers and present findings to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Accounting, IT and Sales to communicate results and forecasts.
• Lead cross‑location projects and provide coaching to junior finance professionals.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure effective internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in accounting/finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of financial concepts such as operating margin, EBT, cash flow and ROE.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate experience with Workday and Adaptive Insights.
• Intermediate programming or relational database query skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI.
