Senior Credit Analyst – Valuations

About the role

The Senior Credit Analyst will support the Credit Monitoring Team by performing valuations, financial analysis, and reporting for a diverse portfolio of debt and equity investments. This position requires strong quantitative abilities and the ability to work independently in a hybrid office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct independent valuations of illiquid and complex debt and equity investments using appropriate methodologies.
• Prepare high‑quality written valuation reports and review monthly valuations from external firms.
• Analyze financial statements, monitor portfolio performance, and track pending transactions and credit agreement amendments.
• Collaborate with deal professionals to gather borrower information and support investment decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in valuation services, private equity, leveraged finance, venture capital, or investment banking.
• Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
