Launch your legal career where strategy drives measurable results. As an Attorney in Health Plan Recovery you will represent the reimbursement interests of major health plans and resolve subrogation matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high‑value portfolio of health plan reimbursement and subrogation matters.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategy from case positioning through settlement.
• Communicate directly with plaintiff attorneys, carriers, and adjusters.
• Make timely recommendations and decisions to move matters toward resolution.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 0‑3 years of legal experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and readiness to negotiate.

• Critical thinking and sound judgment.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and progress multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment.
