Associate Vice President, Strategy

About the role

Parisleaf is seeking an Associate Vice President of Strategy to lead and develop its Strategy discipline. This senior leader will guide complex partner engagements, mentor the strategy team, and shape the agency’s strategic approach.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and evolve Parisleaf’s strategic methodologies, frameworks, and tools while ensuring consistency across engagements.
• Directly manage, coach, and develop the Strategy team, overseeing performance reviews, hiring, and career pathing.
• Provide senior‑level strategic oversight for partner accounts, guiding high‑profile projects from discovery through activation.
• Collaborate with Creative, Operations, Business Development, and Leadership to integrate strategy into the broader partner experience.
