Associate Territory Representative - East Texas (Shreveport)

About the role

In partnership with its Medtech client, IQVIA is recruiting Associate Territory Representatives for the East Texas area, based in Shreveport. This is an entry point into medical device sales for a B2B sales professional ready to build a career in healthcare. It is a pure hunter role: you will build your own book of business by calling on outpatient urology, urogynecology and related clinics and driving prescriptions of intermittent catheters and Urinary Management Systems.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, target and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of the products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, keeping activity and opportunity data accurate in the CRM.
• Run in-clinic education, product demonstrations and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Plan routes, prioritize targets and manage your expense budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• Track record of winning in a professional, metrics-driven sales environment; no medical or clinical experience needed.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, gatekeepers and long sales cycles.
• Preferred: 2-4 years of B2B sales experience with a record of quota achievement.
• Preferred: experience at companies known for strong sales training, such as ADP, Enterprise, Cintas, Paychex or Xerox.
