Associate Territory Representative - Colorado Front Range

About the role

In partnership with its Medtech client, IQVIA is building a team of Associate Territory Representatives in the Colorado Front Range. This is an entry point into medical device sales for a B2B sales professional ready to build a career in healthcare. It is a pure hunter role: you will not inherit a book of business but will build one through disciplined prospecting, high call volume and strong clinical messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, target and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, keeping accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM
• Run in-clinic education, product demonstrations and follow-up with clinical staff
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets
• Plan routes, prioritize targets and manage your expense budget

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory
• Track record of winning in a professional, metrics-driven sales environment
• Comfortable with cold outreach, gatekeepers and long sales cycles
• Preferred: experience at companies known for strong sales training and development
• Preferred: 2-4 years of B2B sales experience with a record of quota achievement

• Total compensation of $100,000+ at sales goal target, with uncapped bonus potential
