Associate, Strategic Finance

About the role

Ramp is seeking an Associate for its Strategic Finance team to help shape financial strategy at a fast‑growing, pre‑IPO company. You will work across product, go‑to‑market and leadership teams to build models, influence decisions and drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own detailed financial and operational models with high accuracy.
• Use data to influence strategic decisions across product, GTM and business leadership.
• Lead planning analyses, evaluate trade‑offs, and develop KPIs and dashboards.
• Partner with leaders to translate strategy into execution and manage budgeting cycles.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, VC/PE or corporate finance at a top‑tier tech company.
• Strong financial modeling, quantitative analysis and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a "get things done" mentality.
