Associate Sales Representative – Injury/Infection Prevention

About the role

Stryker is hiring an Associate Sales Representative in Birmingham, AL, to support the sales team by promoting its Sage products, with a focus on Injury and Infection Prevention solutions, to healthcare providers. The role is field-based, involves product demonstrations and customer relationship support, and offers a path to a more senior sales role.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Sage products to nurses, clinicians and hospital staff while building customer relationships.
• Follow extensive product training so you can tailor your message, advise on product selection, answer questions and distinguish Sage's products from competitors.
• Assist in hospital surveys, post-sale implementation and training, and ensure customer adoption and satisfaction.
• Support the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions and clinical meetings.
• Follow facility protocols and OSHA guidelines during product evaluation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0+ years of professional experience.
• Valid driver's license in the state of residence and a good driving record.
• Preferred: sales and marketing internship.

Required skills

• Excellent time management and project management skills.
• Experience with reports and strong customer service skills.

What we offer

• Starting salary of $65,000, with possible bonuses and benefits.
• Travel percentage of 80%.
