Sales Representative - North Alabama (Smart Care)

About the role

Stryker is hiring a Sales Representative for its Smart Care business in North Alabama. You will promote and sell Smart Care solutions to hospitals and healthcare providers, covering hands-free wearables, the Engage intelligent workflow engine, smartphone applications and care.ai. The role is field-based, with a travel percentage of 70%, and pays $100,000-$105,000, with possible commission, bonuses and benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Smart Care products in a sales or clinical information technology setting.
• Identify, qualify and close new customer sales opportunities in the designated territory.
• Plan and implement a territory sales strategy and forecast the pipeline to support quota achievement.
• Build and maintain executive and key customer relationships through the C-suite.
• Deliver solution-focused customer presentations and coordinate the involvement of internal team members.
• Collaborate with internal partners and use corporate resources to succeed in the territory.

Required profile

• High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Valid driver's license in the state of residence and a good driving record.
• Ability to lift, set up and demonstrate equipment up to 50 pounds, and to stand, sit, kneel or crawl for long periods.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
