Associate Recruiter – LATAM Remote

About the role

Kelly is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support high‑volume hiring across multiple business lines in the LATAM region. This remote position works Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM EST, and focuses on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume hiring across various functions.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and Kelly’s ATS (Bullhorn).
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess qualifications and experience.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a fair, inclusive selection process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Assist with recruiting metrics, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of recruiting experience, preferably high‑volume or operational hiring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience.
• Organizational ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and sense of urgency.

Required skills

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, or Greenhouse.
• Proficiency sourcing candidates via job boards and social media platforms.
