Associate Product Manager, Early Career

About the role

Roblox’s 21‑month Associate Product Manager rotational program is designed to develop product leaders through mentorship, guided learning, and hands‑on execution. You will work on features used by millions of players and creators across payment systems, mobile apps, social features, and game development.

Key responsibilities

• Build product features that millions of users interact with daily and share updates with stakeholders.
• Partner with senior product managers to define strategy and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with design, data science, product marketing, and engineering to write specifications, experiments, and go‑to‑market briefs.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify community needs.
• Support market research and competitive analysis to inform decisions.

Required profile

• Pursuing or holding a degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business, mathematics or a related field.
• Passionate about user experience and building products that delight the community.
• Curious about user behavior and able to understand what drives it.
• Collaborative and comfortable presenting ideas to diverse audiences.
