Associate Paid Media

About the role

Precision Strategies is seeking an Associate to join its paid advertising team, supporting a diverse portfolio of political, nonprofit, and corporate public‑affairs clients. The role involves hands‑on crafting, executing, and measuring digital paid‑media campaigns in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist client leads with administrative tasks such as agenda setting, note‑taking, project tracking and supporting defined work streams.
• Engage across teams, deliver presentations to small internal audiences, and mentor interns as needed.
• Own assigned tasks, meet deadlines, update trackers and ensure documentation aligns with larger project goals.
• Draft content for presentations, emails and social posts, conduct research, and incorporate feedback.
• Execute media plans, set up self‑serve and managed service campaigns, flag performance issues, support optimization and generate client reports.

Required profile

• 1+ years of professional experience in paid‑media strategy, planning or execution (internship experience considered).
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to spot patterns in data and tell stories through digital analytics.
• Familiarity with advertising audiences in public‑affairs, advocacy and political spaces.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
