Associate Media Manager - Orange Apron Media

About the role

The Home Depot is hiring an Associate Media Manager for its Orange Apron Media team in Smyrna, Tennessee. The role supports the planning of omni-channel campaigns and executes and optimizes the in-house addressable channel components, overseeing campaign activations and supporting the reporting process. It reports to a Manager or Media/Senior Manager of Media and has no direct reports.

Key responsibilities

• Campaign management (about 45%): manage addressable channel campaign components such as bidding, targeting and ad creation with autonomy, help develop test-and-learn agendas and track performance standards
• Channel management (about 40%): support omni-channel planning, buying, activation and reporting for programs and campaigns, and take part in agency and partner management
• Organizational alignment (about 15%): build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, share best practices and act as an informal leader and mentor within the channel organization

Required profile

• Age 18 or older and legally permitted to work in the United States
• Preferred: 3+ years of experience managing and implementing large omni-channel digital programs and budgets at an agency or large retailer
• Preferred: experience with retail websites and analytics, and with large digital properties such as Google, YouTube, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter
• Preferred: solid understanding of digital marketing technical pieces such as website analytics, audiences, data feeds and tracking codes
• Preferred: presentation and writing skills; bachelor's degree or equivalent

No travel is required. Most of the time is spent sitting comfortably, with occasional movement or lifting of light articles, in an indoor setting.
