About the role

Alcon is seeking an Associate in Mechanical Equipment Engineering to support its Engineering function. The role focuses on analyzing technology trends, designing and improving processes, and resolving engineering issues while ensuring compliance with GxP regulations.

Key responsibilities

Perform business support and administrative tasks to enhance operations.
Analyze technology trends, design new processes, and improve existing ones.
Evaluate and resolve manufacturing, design, quality, and material engineering issues.
Document and maintain service logs and prepare failure analysis reports.
Support project planning and execution while following established procedures.

Required profile

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Fluent reading, writing and communication in English.
Full‑time, non‑exempt availability.
