Associate Director / Senior Manager, Social & Influencer Marketing

About the role

Graza is seeking an Associate Director / Senior Manager to lead its Social & Influencer Marketing efforts from its Brooklyn office. Reporting to the Director of Brand, you will shape the vision and execution of social media, influencer collaborations, and community programs to boost brand awareness and affinity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development of social‑first content, series and campaigns aligned with brand moments and seasonal priorities.
• Define monthly content priorities across Instagram, TikTok and emerging channels, collaborating with the Social Content Producer and creative team.
• Oversee the social content calendar, owned content, brand collaborations and influencer partnerships.
• Set vision and strategy for influencer and creator marketing, planning talent‑driven campaigns and VIP gifting initiatives.
• Drive community activation and engagement in partnership with the Community Manager, including evergreen gifting and IRL events.

Required profile

• Creative and resource‑ful leader with proven experience scaling social media and influencer programs.
• Strong understanding of brand awareness, cultural relevance and entertainment‑first storytelling.
• Ability to manage a small team and collaborate across brand, creative and product functions.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment and commuting to Brooklyn four days per week.
