Associate Director, Project Management Office (PMO)

About the role

The Associate Director will create, lead, and oversee Terumo Neuro's Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring successful delivery of complex medical device projects across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive project management strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with R&D, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, quality assurance, and marketing to drive project success.
• Partner with HR to attract, develop, and manage talent, ensuring strong succession planning.
• Implement continuous‑improvement processes, metrics, and dashboards to enhance project performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the medical device industry.
• At least 3 years of high‑level leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulated environments and quality management systems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Advanced MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (highly desirable).
