Associate Director, Patient Support & Access Strategy (US Immunology)

About the role

The Associate Director will shape patient access, enrollment and time‑to‑therapy strategy for the Immunology Patient Support Program portfolio. This role translates patient support and brand strategy into compliant program requirements and works closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure a seamless experience for patients and providers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Immunology patient access and enrollment strategy across the support journey, from intake through consent, reimbursement support and therapy initiation.
• Define strategic requirements and decision criteria for enrollment across multiple channels (fax, web forms, portals, digital workflows).
• Shape enrollment form, authorization and consent requirements in partnership with legal, compliance, privacy and data teams.
• Provide strategic input into reimbursement‑support services, including benefits verification, prior authorisation, appeals and case management.
• Lead the brand strategy and go‑to‑market readiness for Quick Start and Bridge programs, coordinating cross‑functional dependencies.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology patient support, market access or related functions.
• Proven ability to translate patient, provider and market insights into clear strategic requirements.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority in a matrixed organization.
• Strong strategic planning, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High degree of integrity, resilience and adaptability in ambiguous environments.
