Associate Director of Operations, Home Health

About the role

Lead operational excellence for BAYADA's Home Health offices in Springfield and Lebanon, MO. This hands‑on leader will partner with senior leadership to drive performance, ensure compliance, and deliver high‑quality home health services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and support for both Springfield and Lebanon offices.
• Partner with leadership to improve office performance, efficiency, and business growth.
• Establish expectations, coach staff, and foster a culture of accountability.
• Monitor KPIs such as intake performance and operational productivity.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Support employee development, engagement, and retention.
• Address performance concerns and handle difficult conversations professionally.
• Collaborate with clinical, intake, and administrative teams for seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
• Take a hands‑on approach to resolve challenges as needed.

Required profile

• Previous management or leadership experience, preferably in healthcare operations.
• Strong leadership presence with ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience managing performance metrics, KPIs, and operational goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a sense of urgency.
• Willingness to travel between Springfield and Lebanon as needed.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) system.
• Knowledge of OASIS documentation and processes.
