Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a full‑time weekend Licensed Practical Nurse providing compassionate care in patients' homes across Springfield, MO. Enjoy true work‑life balance with flexible scheduling and 24/7 clinical support.
Key responsibilities
- Visit clients in their homes to support recovery from injury, illness, surgery or hospitalization.
- Case manage, develop individualized care plans, and deliver skilled nursing services including assessments, medication management and wound care.
- Guide clients from discharge toward achieving their health goals at home.
- Educate patients and families on care procedures and health maintenance.
Required profile
- Active, current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- One year of clinical experience preferred; home‑health experience welcomed but not required.
- Ability to travel locally to assigned cases.
