Associate Contract Administrator

About the role

Moog is seeking an Associate Contract Administrator to support its Defense sector in Orrville, OH. The role focuses on sales order management, contract execution, and serving as the primary interface with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate quotes, proposals, and cross‑functional contract reviews.
• Review and manage purchase orders, initiate sales orders, and coordinate shipping for assigned programs.
• Maintain accurate sales order files and ensure compliance with government procurement regulations.
• Assist with forecast data entry into Moog’s MRP system and act as proposal coordinator.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing status updates and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or technical) with at least 3 years of program, project, contract, or production control experience, or an Associate’s degree with 7 years.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and detail‑oriented skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and travel up to 5%.
• Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP/order management systems such as SAP, MBS, or CCRF.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARs, federal procurement procedures, and various contract types (CPFF, FFP, Time and Material).
