Associate Consultant - Graduate Program

About the role

Proxima is hiring an Associate Consultant for its Graduate Program in Chicago. You will join teams delivering commercial, sourcing and supplier initiatives, supporting insight development and solution design. It is an experienced early-career role built around real client work, not passive learning.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery across client engagements
• Analyze data to inform decisions and build structured analyses and fact bases
• Support benefits tracking and progress against delivery milestones
• Collaborate with team members on working sessions and day-to-day delivery
• Communicate findings clearly and professionally
• Work in a global, flexible model, balancing client, home and office work, and travel as required

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communicator
• Critical, creative thinker with a desire to solve problems
• Motivated, detail-oriented, organized and collaborative
• Legally authorized to work in the US
• Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Procurement, Engineering, Science, Business or Economics; other disciplines considered

• Data analysis and structured problem solving
